PartScription is an online, telephone, and in-store service, helping homeowners maintain the value and performance of their appliances and equipment with replacement parts and accessories.

Is this site secure?

Yes! At PartScription we have implemented a number of safeguards to ensure that your information will not be compromised and that you will feel safe and secure shopping with us.

Your information is safely transmitted across the internet in a secure encrypted manner. PartScription uses one of the most widely recognized trust signs and a trusted provider of internet infrastructure services, Verisign. The combination of Verisign, Authorize.Net, a CyberSource solution, and the industry standard security protocol, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, provides a secure and reliable payment transaction. PartScription also uses McAfee Secure security technology to provide rigorous testing and weekly scanning.

Once transmitted, your information is stored on our secure server. For your protection PartScription only stores the last 4 digits of your credit card number.

What are your shipping options?

We offer 3 classes of shipping to give you flexibility in delivery speed versus cost:

Standard Arrives in 3-5 business days
Expedited Arrives in 2-3 business days
Overnight Arrives the next business day

Order placement time, processing time, and current stock levels may affect these delivery times. Depending upon category and your geographic location most orders placed no later than 3-5 pm CST will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

Most in-stock items ship the same day that you order, while not-in-stock items will ship in 5-10 business days.

How do I locate my model number?

The item itself is always the best place to find the model number. Manuals are often written for several models and so they may not always be the best source for the model number of your specific item.

Appliance model numbers are generally located on the doors of the appliances. Electronic model numbers are generally located on the back or side of the units. Lawn & Garden items vary the location of the model numbers; however, model number tags are generally located in areas unlikely to need replacement even after years of use, such as on an engine. Once you have located your model number, record it in a safe place, such as in the manual for the item.

Why is my part unavailable?

If a part is listed as unavailable and no replacement part is given, call a PartScription representative toll free at 1-877-727-8755. We have many sources that we can check to meet your part needs.

Why does the system display a message to call?

If a part is listed and displays a message to call 1-877-727-8755 please call our PartScription representatives to obtain the part. This part may require special handling or special processing for us to obtain it.

Where is my part?

If you have provided an email address for your PartScription account, please log in using your email address and password. Click “Your Account” at the top of the screen to view your order history and status of any order. When your order has been placed, the status will be listed as “Submitted”. When your order enters the warehouse, the status will be listed as “Processing”. Once an order has shipped the status will display “Shipped”, and a tracking number will be displayed. The tracking information will also be provided to you in an email when your item(s) have shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

An industry-leading 45 day return policy compliments the most comprehensive and fully integrated selection of parts and accessories spanning the appliance, consumer electronics, and lawn and garden equipment categories. Purchasing through one of our Hardware Store Partners extends the standard PartScription 45 day guarantee to 60 days!

What do you do with my personal information?

So that we may serve our customers better, PartScription requires you to create an Account when making a purchase. The personal data we collect includes your name, billing address, mailing address, phone and email address. This information enables us to process your order and contact you if there are any questions regarding your order. For your security, only the last 4 digits of your credit card number are retained after a purchase has been completed.

Will my personal information be shared with anyone?

PartScription may contact you regarding your purchases and ways to maintain and enhance the value and performance of your equipment. This correspondence enables us to provide value added services for our customers, improve our site, and anticipate your needs.

PartScription will never sell, rent or share your email address or personal information with anyone. We do not share nor have affiliated parties.

Should you choose not to receive email correspondence from PartScription beyond those messages pertaining to your order, you can opt out by emailing us at service@partscription.com

Do you accept debit cards?

We accept debit cards as long as they have the Visa or MasterCard logo on the card.

How do I place an order if I am a tax exempt purchaser?

If you are a tax exempt organization or governmental agency, first place your order with PartScription. This can be done on-line, via phone or through one of our Hardware Store Partners. After you have placed your order, submit proof of your tax exempt status within 30 days of the date your order was submitted. Once your documentation is received and approved the tax charged on the order will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.

When submitting your information please note that the “ship to” address on your order must be in the same state that the tax exempt status has been issued and, if an expiration date is listed on the tax exempt certificate, it must not have expired.

Please include the following information when requesting a tax exempt refund:

1. Your Order Number
2. Email Address
3. Ship to / Bill to Name on the order
4. Contact Phone Number (in case we have any questions)
5. Proof of your tax exempt status (Copy of certificate, form or Gov't credit card)
