At PartScription Customer Satisfaction is key to our success.  Should you need to return an item, please first review our terms and conditions:

45 Day Return Guarantee  Most parts may be returned up to 45 days from the date the item was shipped

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  All returns must be approved and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Items returned without prior authorization will be returned to you at your expense.  Please call us at 1-877-727-8755 to request an RMA number for your return.

Resalable Condition  Items must be returned in their original condition, never installed or connected or used.  They must be in the original packaging and include all manuals, registration cards and accessories.  Due to manufacturer policies, all items packaged  in plastic clamshells, shrink wrap, special seals, or other types of packaging that sustains damage when opened  can not be returned if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items  Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, manuals, software, liquids, sprays, adhesives, paint, certain electrical items, special order items and any items not in resalable condition.

Defective Merchandise  Merchandise that is defective will be exchanged for an identical item only.  

Error in Order  If your return is the result of our error, please contact us so we may assist you in obtaining the proper part.  Please note, you will only be charged one shipping fee for your corrected order.  PartScription will cover the costs of shipping and returning the incorrect part.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipment   Damage to merchandise that occurred during shipping must be handled directly with the freight carrier.  Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify the carrier immediately of damage.

Special Order Items  Please note, due to the care required for handling special order items, these items can not be returned.

Multiple Shipments  If you are returning multiple items and they were received in more than one shipment, please reuse the original box, packaging and return portion of the packing slip for each shipment, as they may have different return addresses.   Be sure to include all materials for each shipment as noted in the Resalable Condition paragraph above.

Preparing Your Return  Preparing Your Return Please complete the Return Form found at the bottom of the packing slip including the item information and RMA number. Detach and place the Return Form in the return package. Items must be returned in their original condition, never installed, connected or used. They must be in the original packaging and include all manuals, registration cards and accessories.

Lost Packing Slip  If the packing slip is unavailable, you may still return an item provided you have obtained an RMA number and the item meets the criteria found in the Return Policy. Please include a copy of your receipt in the return package with the item circled, the reason for the return and the RMA number noted on the receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, never installed, connected or used. They must be in the original packaging and include all manuals, registration cards and accessories.

Refunds  Upon receipt of your return in resalable condition, PartScription will issue a credit for the purchase price to the credit card used for the original transaction.  Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you need to return an item, our PartScription representatives are available to assist you. Purchases made through our Hardware Store Partners come with a 60 day return guarantee from the shipping date.  Our Hardware Store Partners may be able to assist you with returns and with reordering additional items if needed.

PartScription strives to provide you with the quickest possible service.  Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed.  To add to your order, you will need to place a second order.  To return your order, you will need to accept the shipment, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow our Return Policy.

Typographical Errors

PartScription makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on our site is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all product pricing, specifications, pictures or other content on the site is 100% accurate, complete or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, PartScription reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PartScription shall issue a full refund to your credit card account.

If an item you need has been discontinued by the manufacturer, PartScription may display an appropriate alternative product if available.  The alternative may be a functionally equivalent product recommended as a replacement by the manufacturer, a new version of the item from the manufacturer, or a comparable version from an alternate source.

We offer 3 classes of shipping to give you flexibility in delivery speed versus cost:

Standard Arrives in 3-5 business days
Expedited Arrives in 2-3 business days
Overnight Arrives the next business day

Order placement time, processing time, and current stock levels may affect these delivery times. Depending upon category and your geographic location most orders placed Monday through Friday no later than 3-5 pm CST will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

Most in-stock items ship the same day that you order, while not-in-stock items will ship in 5-10 business days.

All available shipping methods and charges will be calculated and available for selection at checkout prior to finalizing your order.  Please Note: not all shipping methods may be available to all destinations.

Oversized and Overweight  Oversized and overweight items may incur additional shipping fees.

Non-mainland US Destinations   We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.  These destinations are more costly and require longer shipping time.

International Destinations  PartScription does ship internationally. Please call our Call Center representatives at 1-877-727-8755 to receive a custom shipping quote.

PO Boxes   Sorry, we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes.

APO/FPO  Sorry, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Multiple Shipments  Items on a single order will arrive in multiple shipments when they are from different product categories because they come from different warehouses. You will see one total shipping charge in your shopping cart. You will receive separate tracking  numbers for each shipment.  Our categories include Appliances, Consumer Electronics and  Lawn & Garden Equipment.

PartScription reserves the right to change our shipping rates and policies at any time to reflect current carrier rates and policies.
